Z15W-16T copper gate valve features:
(1) Increased the hexagonal surface of the threaded end to ensure sufficient connection strength; And special heat treatment is adopted to effectively prevent cracks in the valve caused by the alternating action of cold and hot water media.
(2) The valve stem adopts a left-hand threaded connection and a concealed stem type.
(3) The valve stem seal adopts metal and non-metal to improve the sealing quality.
(4) The fluid resistance is low, and the internal medium channel of the gate valve body is straight through, so the flow direction of the medium does not change when it flows through.
(5) The opening and closing torque is small, and when the gate valve is opened and closed, the direction of movement of the gate plate is perpendicular to the direction of medium flow. Compared with globe valves, gate valves are easier to open and close.
(6) The flow direction of the medium is unrestricted, without disturbance or pressure reduction. The medium can flow in any direction from both sides of the gate, which can achieve the purpose of use and is more suitable for pipelines where the flow direction of the medium may change.
(7) Good sealing performance, with minimal erosion on the sealing surface when fully opened. The sealing surface of the gate valve has self sealing ability, and its valve core is tightly in contact with the sealing surface of the valve seat by the medium pressure, achieving tightness and no leakage.
